Very nice hotel, great location and helpful staff. Only issue we had was there wasnt any hot water coming out of the showers, which ruined the comfort part of things. Staff were great for accomodating us before that though, got a little upgrade, let us have a later checkout so we could use the pool for longer and adjusted to suit our little one in the restaurant/bar

For the ridiculously high price we paid for a 2 bed room suite, the service was very average. The rooms were not carpeted. The kitchen had no crockery, not even basic cutlery, glasses, and had to ask for everything. The kitchen did not have microwave oven, and no dish washing soap even after requesting. So I had to order from outside to wash kids feeder bottles. The breakfast list didn’t have my name even after paying in advance with booking, so they had to ask front desk to check and kept me waiting. Parking was in a different hotel building, with no signs leading to this hotel front lobby. If I had paid half the price that I actually paid for this hotel, I would be okay.

Great hotel located in the middle of beautiful scenario. The views from the rooftop pool where breath taking. The gym facilities are adequate for a good cardio workout and the steam room was clean. The breakfast has a good variety and staff make the hotel very welcoming.

Great location, breakfast and friendly staff
The hotel is well located more than one mall within short walking distance, behind it a beautiful Masjid, next to it a gas station, Fujairah Castle is less than 10 min away as well as other malls, Fujairah beach less than 15 min, khor fhakan is less than 30 min away, breakfast is delicious, staff are friendly, the only minor upset is the water in the pool is super cold.

the hotel is situated in a central spot
Our stay at the hotel was very good and the staff were all very helpful. However I feel the hotel was let down by the standard as our room was tired looking and the curtains and windows were dirty spoiling the view of the MOSQUE. This really let the hotel down.

Hotel in middle of Fujairah
I was pleasantly surprised by the easy flow of the room layout and the cleanliness of the room. I found it to be a much cleaner and nicer place than the Hilton where I normally stayed. I definitely would chose to stay here again when I am in town.

Comfortable Business Accommodation
This is my 2nd stay at the Nour Arjaan, and is my business hotel of choice whenever I'm in Fujairah. Service and cleanliness are great. Rooms are very spacious with the separate sitting/living area separate from the bed. A slight downside is that the decor/furnishing feels relatively dated; might be a good idea to refurbish in the next few years.

I liked this hotel since I was one of the firms manager in Al Fujairah. We have most of our occasion in that hotel. Anytime I go Fujairah this hotel is my destination.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Fujairah city
We stayed as a couple for a long weekend at the Nour Arjaan Rotana. It was the perfect base to explore the coast and inland sites.

Lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was they allowed smoking in the lobby by the café, I was very disappointed by this.

A new modern hotel, good helpful staff. The rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds and everything you could need. The Hotel lacked a bar although alcohol could be served and there was a mini bar in the room. If I was to find fault it would only be that the hotel was a little to formal
