"Secrets was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were beautiful and there was always entertainment happening. The quiet pool was calm and relaxing if you wanted a more serene setting. The food was great and we never had to wait long at the restaurants. And if you are looking for a a late night the DJ in the lounge was so much fun! Great place for couples to relax and reconnect."

"El hotel más bonito en el que he estado. El servicio y atención de cada uno de los integrantes simplemente excepcional. En Mayo nos tocó Sargazo y no pudimos disfrutar de la playa ni un solo día. Aún así planeamos regresar pronto. Es un poco triste que casi no haya turistas mexicanos en el Hotel."

"Resort is beautiful although wait times at the buffets were 15-20 min every morning for breakfast, we visited end of May and it was very crowded unfortunately. We ordered room service one night that we never received because they were too busy. Please know there’s no accessible beach on property and no eating allowed around the pools.
