"食事が素晴らしかったです。地元の食材は新鮮で素材自体の旨味が生かされ、添えられた塩やソースがそれらの良さを消すことなくさらに引き立てて、どの料理も本当に美味しくいただきました。シェフのこだわりと腕の良さが感じられる食事で大変満足しました。
最上階にあるスパは、備え付けのスパウェアを無料で貸し出してくださって、夫と一緒に楽しむことができました。屋外にはテラスがあり、宮島を望むことができました。
スタッフの方々も皆さん丁寧に対応してくださって気持ち良く 過ごすことができ、感謝しております。宮島に、このホテルに泊まるのを目的に、また利用したいと思いました。"

"Beautiful location, clean room and excellent onsen to soak in. During our stay, we were treated to a great selection of shampoo/conditioner, ice cream, drinks etc. Food was excellent as well. The hotel offers a free boat ride to Miyajima at 10am and a return trip at 3.30pm (needs reservation). It's a 15-min walk from the train station but you can get an uber if you miss the hotel shuttle.
There is also an oyster restaurant next to the hotel, which serves really fresh oysters...visit it if you...
