"This was a nice stay but I don’t think up to 5* standard. The service was bad at most restaurants and the food beyond the breakfast buffet was over-priced and average. This may well be advertising but the pools are freezing in April, so just a warning! The hotel is super modern and has comfortable facilities, but it lacked the luxury touch for us."

"Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, two showers. Very large complex, our room was 7 mins walk away from breakfast and golf . Lovely staff. Lots to do onsite across golf, pools, crazy golf, gym, padel, tennis. Breakfast was very good and didn’t have to wait for tables or food. Beach is 7 mins walk down with elevator, deck chairs provided. Lovely setting for bar over the ocean. Outdoor pools are not heated. Activities and food onsite were not cheap. Can be windy ."

"The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!"

"Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction....

"The pool area looks way better in person, everything is close by, £3 in uber to the strip. The lady that works at the bar is so lovely, I can’t praise her enough, I feel embarrassed that I forgot her name. 10/10."

"The numerous pools onsite we enjoyable and my son,8, enjoyed the kids zone with the water slides. The beds we comfortable, the hotel was relatively quiet at night while sleeping, the room was large with plenty of room for my family of three, the kitchen was well-equiped and close to city center for groceries and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times.
