My overall impression of our stay at this hotel is mixed. On the positive side, I appreciated the setting, the cleanliness, and the spaciousness of the aparthotel.
However, several issues affected our comfort. We stayed from January 4 to January 12, 2026. At the beginning of our stay, we were assigned an apartment on the ground floor. After three nights, we requested a room change because the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. We were then relocated to an apartment on the second floor.
One of the main concerns I would like to highlight is the ventilation in the apartment. There was a significant humidity problem in the bathroom, despite the presence of windows. The floor and walls remained wet for a long time after use, and I nearly slipped one night while going to the bathroom.
Additionally, the view from the bedroom overlooked the garbage bins at the back of the building (see attached photos), which was disappointing.
Finally, at check-out, no one asked us for feedback about our stay, which felt unprofessional. I am therefore using this survey to bring these issues to management’s attention, in the hope that improvements can be made.
