"They are a pet friendly hotel, which is fine… But we had two yappy dogs…. One in the room across the hall and one of the room next to us. Anytime either would start barking they would both start barking. Additionally, there is no trash pick up in our room for two days. "Room was clean, bathroom well it always smells like humidity because they don’t have fans I guess , ironing board was broken but told tue front desk. Breakfast is always excellent for continental!! Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked"

"We drove 2 days to get to The Best western in Plattsburgh, NY. We got to the hotel at 2 pm.and asked to check in. The clerk told us check in time was 4 pm. We told him that we had traveled from Georgia. He told us that if we wanted to check in early there would be a $25.00 fee. We have arrived at other hotels before scheduled check in times and have been accommodated. By telling us that we could check in early for a fee let us know that there were rooms ready and by arriving early the customer...

"Lousy breakfast"

"I would of given 5 stars but the pillows were so small especially for a king size bed. I dont think they were even 2' square. . Other than that the place was very nice."

"It’s the best view of the castle and you can walk everywhere in the town . Park your car and never drive until you leave. So many great Restaurants and stores."

"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown."
