"Stamza pulita, silenziosa e spaziosa. I letti erano comodi ed il bagno pulito e spazioso. Molto comoda la ricarica (a pagamento) per i veicoli elettrici. Non ci era stato detto che anche il parcheggio fosse a pagamento. Il personale alla reception professionale ma poco cortese e non si fa problemi a fare commenti ad alta voce sui clienti. Questo piccolo aspetto andrebbe migliorato."

"Clean, modern, secure hotel with lots of extras that we weren't expecting. The rooms are quite spacious and have small efficiency kitchenettes. You receive a code to open the security gate, front door and room door. The beds were very comfortable. Every aspect of the building is clean and we'll maintained. There's a beautiful garden on the roof and free snacks, coffee and a beverage vending machine with a wide variety of drinks. There's a washer and dryer in the lowest level, with laundry soap....

"Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. You can hear the kitchen working from the room but it’s usually quiet by midnight and starts up around 8 in noise. I did not mind this since I was out and about most of the...

"Excellent hôtel en ligne général. Un peu loin des transports. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller à la gare de tramway la plus proche. De plus j'ai eu un prélèvement avant la fin du séjour ( je ne sais pas si c'est normal). En tout cas j'avais spécifié à l'accueil que je voulais payer avec une autre carte 😮‍💨"
