"The hotel is good overall, the pools and facilities are excellent but the food and drink in the restaurants is pretty average. Also, they close the main pool area all day for private events which is annoying. "

"We stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful time. Food is delicious, staff are welcoming and helpful, rooms are very comfortable. Our 6 year old son had a fantastic time at the pools and playing in the games area with new friends. Nice and close to a small shopping centre if you want to step out. But not in an overly busy area. Perfect for families. "

"Tolles renoviertes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Traumhafter Bluck aufs Meer. Sehr schöne, moderne und gemütliche Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko, das Drum Herum ist aktuell nicht sehr einladend und das große Hotel nebenan wir renoviert und man hat somit Baustellengeräusche. (Hier wäre eine Info vorab sehr schön gewesen) "

"The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was situated above the bar/cafe at the front of the hotel. Constant scraping of chairs which seemed to echo, and the noise from Babushka's, over the road until the small hours as well as the entertainment in the hotel at night, was all a bit too much. And it has put us off staying in this hotel again. "

"The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. "Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing"

"Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but there is not much to fault inside. It is really clean and modern and well run. Breakfast is very good, always hot and a great selection on offer. Drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced compared to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend."
