"First off I was greeted very nicely by the front desk . Made to feel welcome.
Then upon entering the room there was my photo and personal greeting on the TV .
Wow was I surprised..never in the 25 years of traveling around the world havevi ever seen this as well as a note from the Big Boss.
You sold me right there.. the room was laid out
Well, bed very comfortable, nice view of Samarinda from the window also
Breakfast was well laid out, plentiful selections and hot pancakes really were...

The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und das Personal war durchweg lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Zwar etwas hellhörig, insgesamt jedoch völlig in Ordnung. Die Bettwäsche wies minimale Verfärbungen auf, was den Gesamteindruck aber kaum beeinträchtigte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Smart-TV mit hervorragenden Streaming-Möglichkeiten.

"Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Zumutung. Das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch und Schimmel gestunken, die Klimaanlage war defekt und damit unbrauchbar. Im Badezimmer roch es penetrant nach Urin und Chlor, das Waschbecken war teilweise aus der Wand gerissen und insgesamt war alles fleckig, dreckig und extrem unhygienisch.
