"Breakfast was great, parking was easy and accessible, and the overall condition of the room was good. There was a bug on the bed, but it’s possible that I brought that in with me on my clothes and I didn’t see any others so I didn’t complain. The main issue is that the toilet kept running, and while I did ask the staff to take care of it, nothing was ultimately fixed. As a result it kept running every night throughout my stay. I also asked for an extra day to add on to my stay, which was great that they could provide that and price match the rate I found online. However, since they couldn’t fix the toilet issue it would’ve been nice if they could’ve offered a discount or a better room. "

"Not at all what the pictures show. The whole place is decrepit and falling apart. Another guest was walking their dog and did not clean up after it."

"The parking is onsite in a ramp and complimentary and very convenient. The property was in significant disrepair. It is a large property with many guests, and only one elevator was working throughout the weekend. This made the utilization of the elevators nearly impossible. The room's heat was overactive, with the room extremely hot even after setting the wall units to 60 degrees. The shower barely put water out during use with most water coming out of the tub faucet."

"I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking."
