"You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. "We stayed here for two nights. Staff was accommodating and helpful; no complaints about our stay. We had one minor issue - there was no water pressure in our shower. I messaged front desk staff and they had maintenance come fix this while we went about our day. When we got back the issue was resolved. We super appreciated this! "

"The hotel is a bit old, the location is alrigh. I’m little surprised that it’s VIP access listed on Expedia, I was hoping it’s a little nicer. I was on 3rd floor and I can hear the fan noise all night, and there are lots of door slamming in the morning. The bathroom leaks whenever I take a shower. The gym is great, it’s above average compared to other hotel gym. "

"We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. "The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. "I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."
