"We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!"

"The hotel is a bit old, the location is alrigh. I’m little surprised that it’s VIP access listed on Expedia, I was hoping it’s a little nicer. I was on 3rd floor and I can hear the fan noise all night, and there are lots of door slamming in the morning. The bathroom leaks whenever I take a shower. The gym is great, it’s above average compared to other hotel gym. "

"I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."

"The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept.
