"Food was ok Lighting in room awful, struggled to apply make up room was a bit neglected woodwork cracked and un kept . Location was good Also breakfast was expensive didn’t realise it was cheaper if paid on line"

"No tea and coffee in the room pushed you to go and pay for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. Had to put my bread through the toaster 8 times before it resembled toast and the bacon looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument."

"Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return."

We knew there was limited parking on site but could only find out that it was full once stood at reception (which I was whilst partner waited with engine running on side road). "All excellent, lovely staff and easy check in. Had a drink of our choice, parking opposite and an easy walk into Manchester. Room was clean and modern. "Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them.
