"The room is really clean and quiet. The balcony seats are quite dusty so I did not use them. It would be nice if the cleaning staff could clean the balcony furniture too. The breakfast offers ample choices for guests and the dining area is really clean. Good if the seat in the room would have a back rest instead of a tiny stool. "Excellent stay. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. The layout of the room, bathroom and living space at the entry were well organized and provided me with plenty of space. The large courtyard during nice weather is a nice amenity providing an opportunity to relax outside, The decoration and design of the libby and cafe was tasteful and projected the sophistication of a modern Milan design hotel. I look forward to my next visit there."

"They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did...

"We had an apartment with kitchen. Sign on table said complimentary water and soft drinks in fridge. Nothing in fridge. No coffee, one tea bag. Every time we asked the front desk manager said he would send it, nothing came. Nespresso machine with no pods. Manager asked me “how much coffee are you drinking”. Rude and unhelpful person. To be fair, several other staff were amazing! Hotel is in an area that is very shabby, however, close to Navigli, and about 2km from Piazza Duomo. "

"Ein interessantes Designhotel. Mir persönlich etwas zu bunt, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück ist super. Sehr große Auswahl inklusive belegten Croissants. Der Dachpool ist toll, relativ groß und ausreichend tief. Die Preise in der Poolbar sind zu hoch (10€ für ein Flaschenbier), so dass wir auf ein Getränk verzichtet haben. Die Lage ist ruhig, nah am Ausgehviertel. Allerdings 10-20 Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn (je nach Linie). Wir haben einen Tag das Mailänder Fahrradsystem genutzt...

"Great location. Walking distance 10-25 minutes to the main ‘attractions’. Canal Navagli great for nights out. Famous flea market right outside the door twice a week. Saturday the best produce from the region food wise. Downside - building itself & no real shops in nearby walking distance or for convenience. Asked about lift but still have to walk a floor - tough with a disabled human. Worse issue was mosquitoes. Ridiculous amounts. All feasted on. Aircon was non existent (apparently set to 21/22...

"The hotel location is slightly misleading. It is set back from the street, through a courtyard. My room then looked out of the back of this courtyard, overlooking a public two-storey garage - a dreadful and slightly noisy view. The hotel area is good, however, to access Milan centre either on foot or via the M1 subway. It is good for going to the San Siro as well."
