"In the heart of Gangnam shopping and 5 minute walk to train station down the street. Very convenient location with airport shuttle service in front. Overall a good stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff wasn’t always consistent with replenishment of coffee but otherwise good. "I honestly every single thing which could go wrong went wrong. We checked in early and due to a mixture of being exhausted from travel, a language barrier and the assumption that maybe there was an issue between hotels.com and the hotel I didn’t fully understand they wanted 100% room rate for these extra hours. We felt having the hotel connected to the park would be a fantastic opportunity to head to the park and come and go as you please, you only have 1 free reentry to the park. We wanted to stop for a bite to eat in the hello kitty restaurant, they welcomed us in as we wanted to see what was on offer. We were told we couldn’t eat there which changed from a no to we are full when the restaurant was half empty. There is no bar in the restaurant as an FYI and they are strict on rules that no outside food or drink entry the hotel. The room was dusty which we didn’t realise until after leaving the room and noticing we both stopped being congested as soon as we had some fresh air. My friend had a later flight than myself and wanted to use the amenities after we checked out. She left the sauna to help me bring the luggage down and upon leaving the amenities area was told she would be charged to return. They graciously allowed her back in after complaining Staying here was an extremely expensive mistake for 1 night (priced at 2) and honestly you gain very little staying here over staying literally anywhere else"
