"Booked The Lodgings for a birthday present for my partener. Jackeline on reception was perect and proffesional. The room was small but nice and had the flowers I had preordered and we could see the Minster through the fire escape door, we were in the "Belfry". "The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was safely stored when we checked out. The room was tidy and had a nice bathroom. "Nobody at property on arrival, place locked up in darkness and nobody answering the phone. left several voicemails but to date (5 days later) still no response. Worst holiday experience we have ever had; long distance travelled to find no accommodation.
