"The property looks lovely in reception. Staff were welcoming on arrival but not so during our stay. Our room was clean but needs maintenance. Toilet leaked water along bathroom floor and curtains not hooked up properly so were too difficult to close. There is a Do Not Disrurb switch in amongst the light switches, unmarked, and ours was accidentally turned on so our room was not cleaned. No compendium in the room so we were unaware of the switch. Housekeeping did come up at 8pm after I called...

"Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen! Schimmel im Zimmer, Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bedingt- Luft kam aber keine Kühlung. Wasserabfluss ging nur sehr langsam und das Wasser stand regelmäßig im Waschbecken und nach dem Duschen am Boden. Vorhänge zerrissen und Teppich sehr verschlissen. Wegen mangelnder Klimatisierung sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer, was Handys am Laden hinderte!
Das Personal war sehr bemüht und immer freundlich, auch wenn niemand auf meine Mail mit der Bitte...

"Don’t stay here unless you have to be 10 minutes from the airport. The place is in disrepair. Among many other things, pieces of carpet cover the broken hall floor tiles. Everything is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. "
