"The rooms in October has no air conditioning, they turn it off we were on the 20 th floor when you opened the window all you hear was the noise of the cars. We did get a fan for the room but it was very noisy, so room gets to 28 degrees, the gym has no air conditioner as well , so if you are like me and you work out go in the morning. Other wise the gym is a sauna. Breakfast is good , and the rooms are comfortable others then there is no ac."

"The room we were given was a smokers room. It smelled of cigarettes and we had to switch. Also even though they asked if we need kitchen equipped and we said yes. It was not, we picked this hotel mainly for this reason as we needed cook for our baby. Hotel had a great view of Porto but windows are so dusty you couldn’t see anything. Which is shame. Also we had free parking with our booking but we were asked to pay for parking again. So be aware and do mot pay if you have free parking. Show the...

"Breakfast was the best part of this booking. Really good with a lot of variety.
The property is good with space for kids to play.
The staff was good, except at breakfast, where we were constantly interrupted by restaurant staff to pick up used plates while others were still eating.
But the room was definitely not what you expect in a 4-star hotel. We booked a family room (2 adults, 2 kids), and the king bed was really good, but the second bed was a sofa bed, really, really bad. Mattress...
