"We absolutely loved our stay at Splendid and were sad to leave our beautiful room and the amazingly kind and helpful staff. Ivana was especially helpful, but we enjoyed everyone. When my fiancé required medical attention, they called a doctor for him. The room was small but lovely, especially the balcony with the gorgeous view! The location was great. We can’t wait to return. "A beautiful location. The view is truly panoramic. The room is spotless. The rooftop terrace with the pool is an amazing place to relax after a hard day exploring the area. Staff is great. The beer comes with complementary nuts and crisps. Breakfast is top quality. "

"Great central location – we could easily walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The cable cars are close by if you don’t want to take the stairs down to the beach. We stayed in a two-room apartment with a fantastic balcony. Excellent service at both the reception and breakfast. Just be careful on one short stretch where the sidewalk is narrow, but that’s typical in older cities. Highly recommended!"

"I loved this property and will stay again! There was 4 of us and we stayed for 6 nights. The staff were amazing- kind attentive genuinely helpful. The room was quite clean beautiful and bright with a view overlooking the sea. The breakfast was basic but good and the dinner was delicious.
