"We stayed here for 2 nights. It was okay. The location is decent, with a Lawson and Sukiya right next to the hotel. The bus limousine from New Chitose Airport stops right in front of the hotel. It's within walking distance to Odori and Tanukikoji. There is a hot bath available, but it requires a payment of 1000 yen. The room is quite small. However, a plus point is that there is a coin laundry service on the property, which is very convenient for travelers."

"The staff at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo were helpful, kind, and polite. They always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome each time we returned to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and although the room wasn’t large, there was enough space to fit four luggage bags without it feeling cramped.
