"A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!"

"A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. "Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. The spa facilities were limited, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during the peak school holiday period. WiFi connection was also very weak.
