Not quite what I expected

Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved it.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine aux résidences d’Emeraude. Le personnel est adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service, le studio très spacieux et bien situé face sud avec une magnifique vue . Les commerces ne sont pas loin et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eu une semaine très ensoleillée. Rien que du bonheur, je recommande !

Disappointing for the standing and price

The residence is well kept, modernly equipped with everything you may need. The pool and spa are of course a fantastic addition and can really help you relax during your stay. BUT -The Wifi is terrible. Even with the paid "premium" wifi, I had to cancel my work Zoom meetings and could barely open my emails. It would not be a problem if the 4g was fast enough, but it is saturated during the holiday. -The bed's cushions were quite uncomfortable, very hard and very high - The sewage smell on the premises was very strong -The sauna is barely hot - The gym is a joke with only ONE dumbbell (and 5 kg max on it) - They woke us up at 6am with their petrol based snow removing machine. Just so that the sidewalks could be ice instead of fresh snow... -The reception is only opened a couple hours a day.

La résidence se trouve dans la station mais excentrée et comme il est très difficile de se garer à proximité, tout se fait en navette qui passent toutes les 20 min. Faisable mais pas des plus pratique. L'accès aux pistes se fait après 12-15 min chaussures de ski au pied, pas idéal non plus, sinon on prend la navette en centre station pour le retour. Les lits ne sont pas faits à l'arrivée. Ce sont des petits plus qui font la différence avec d'autres établissements dans lesquels on a séjourné. Nous avons aimé le personnel très sympathique et serviable et la piscine et l'espace détente.

Pas de parking disponible à l arrivée. Obliger de se garer assez loin !!! Wifi payant pour une résidence 4 étoile c est un peut fort de café !!!! Sinon appartement bien. Très bon lit avec salle d'eau.

Sehr schöne Studios, zentral gelegen

Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes Studio mit einem wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider gab es bei unserer Ankunft eine längere Diskussion, weil unsere vorausbezahlte Reservierung nicht vorlag. Die Diskussion wäre für uns als Gäste weniger stressig gewesen, wenn meine Französichkenntnisse besser oder die Rezeption besseres Englisch gesprochen hätte.

The Reception staff, in particular, Maureen, were excellent and very helpful and professional. The facilities were limited and inconvenient, due to ‘opening hours’! Reception ‘not manned’ in afternoons/night. IE: can’t use Spa if staff aren’t available to give key! No back-up or contact for any emergency - fire/lift. No safety deposit box. It was not acceptable to check own extensive inventory and clean room and take off bed linen, before leaving! A professional clean of room, utensils, crockery etc., would be expected. No salt put on paving or steps outside the hotel, when it snowed and was icy!

הדירה ומיקום הדירה מצויינים, אבל לא היה מספיק ברור בעת הרישום שהמלון אינו מספק שמפו, מרכך, סבון, נייר טואלט, אינטרנט, סבון כלים או טבליות למדיח. כאשר הגענו ב- 20:05 (5 דקות לאחר שמונה בערב) פקידת הקבלה כבר יצאה ולכן הצ'ק-אין נעשה בשיחת טלפון והושאר לנו מפתח. פקידת הקבלה לא הייתה מוכנה לחכות 5 דקות עד שנגיע. ביום השני לאירוח חזרנו לדירה בתשע בערב אבל לא יכולנו להיכנס משום שהקוד בכל המבנים הוחלף ללא הודעה או שיחת טלפון. היות וירד גשם והיה קר, היה מצב מאוד לא נעים למשפחתי בגלל שלקח לנו שעה וחצי עד שמצאנו מישהו שיודע את הקוד החדש. הייתה הרגשה חזקה אצל כל האורחים, שבעלי המלון יעשו הכל כדי לחלוב את האורחים. ניתן לקבל נייר טואלט, אינטרנט, סבון, שמפו, מרכך, סבון כלים או טבליות למדיח בתשלום מופרז מאוד.

J’eta déçu qu’ils n’ont pas voulous me donner un peu de temps extra de dégager mon appartement. J’ai un a grand accident de vélo le jour avant, et ils not même pas voulou me donner 30 minutes extra pour me dégager des résidences. On ne peut nettoyer tous les apartes au même temps quand même. J’ai trouver ça très mauvais service / très desagreable
