"The property is situated in an excellent location right at the heart of The Times Square. However, very disappointed to find out for a brand like this to not have the very basic facilities in the rooms. There is no tea and coffee options inside the room, the cleaners had no regard for the lint all around due to the blanket (fleeced) one, only to hear this is normal and common - seriously.
The breakfast options are very limited, it is the same stuff everyday.
We didn't let it dampen our...
