The hotel itself is comfortable, decently clean, but my experience highlighted a lack of attention to detail and follow-through. While I was away from my room for a couple of nights (and still paying for the room), the AC was turned off in Bangkok heat, which resulted in damage to personal items (speciality chocolates).
Although the hotel acknowledged the mistake in writing, the issue was ultimately not resolved and no reimbursement was provided. If reliability and accountability during your stay matter to you, this is something to be aware of.
