"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. "Our stay at this hotel was everything we could’ve asked for and more. The amenities are immaculate, the cafe has a delicious range of breakfast options, the location is ideal for beach days & shopping and perfectly far enough from the hustle bustle and lastly the staff were all incredible. We’d like to thank the hotel manager, restaurant managers, the lovely man working at the pool bar, the ladies at the front desk and also Coco for being so attentive, patient, extremely kind and welcoming....

"A fantastic hotel delivering great service. My family and I made plans to spend our week in Phuket sightseeing, but ended up spending much of that time at the hotel. Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. Hotel's location is great; restaurants/entertainment all within walking distance including a very clean beach. Highly recommended. "

"ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! Was hands down the best hotel in Thailand. Did not want to leave this place when our trip came to an end. The staff member Boy was so amazing and very generous and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting. "

"This place is absolutely amazing. The property is located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. My initial room had a terrible sulfur smell coming from the bathroom, I spoke with someone at reception and within minutes they relocated me to a better room, much more spacious with a private deck overlooking the ocean. This would 100% stay here again!"

"Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details...

"A great looking hotel with nice pools. The staff were lovely, our room had a comfortable bed and was really clean. Kata Walking Street Market and Kata Night Market are a few minutes away along with lots of other shops so you have access to everything you need. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are both 10 minutes walk away so you can take your pick."
