"The receptionist was very pleasant called me by my first name, ( I personally like that).
Check in & out was quick and easy,
Food at restaurant was great as was the breakfast in the cafe,
Would definitely stay there again"

"I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival.
When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us.
As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did...
