"Great Location. The hotel is very nice. Great customer service. I didn’t know that they don’t have elevator, my bad bc I forgot to ask in advance. However, the guy who helps all the guest with the luggage was very very nice and helpful. They are two mins walking to Plaza San Marco and to take water bus or privet bus to the airport, train station or the islands. Would stay there again. "

"Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"

"Location of the property is awesome, right across the street from the Mestre train station. Restaurants are a very short walk away. Check-in was very fast and courteous. The room itself was outstanding - very roomy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Not once did I hear any train noise. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Only one thing I didn't like: Our room faced the side street next to the hotel (vs facing the train station) and there was very bright...

"Perfect location for a Venice stay. Very short walking distance from the train station means you can check in or leave bags upon arrival. Water buses nearby to whisk you to center of Venice or other locations. 10 minute walk to autobus station (with a stair-filled bridge) for a 10 euro ride to or from the airport. Hotel itself is lovely. With a welcoming staff. Even the “cheap” rooms had nice views, big beds, and a good bathroom. I would definitely use this as my Venice home base...
