"Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk. No one answered, so I had to walk down to the front desk when I got there I spoke with the same lady who seem like it wasn’t an issue and that she would just send someone up there to check. "The overall stay was fine . Staff neglected to say the room had no microwave when I purchased frozen meals from the sundry selection, so that was a waste of $$ . I did see where the microwave is located the next morning at checkout. It's near the elevator on each floor ?"
