"This hotel rating is misleading. The hotel is a 2 star hotel. The property is old and needs lots of updates. The room smelled like old carpet. We were so disappointed with the rating. We thought it was nice and clean like other Double Tree hotels. Please look up the property first before booking."

"We checked in but didn’t leave our stuff since we were going to a concert and when we went to go to the room the door was open with a towel holding the door open and the tv full blast, I took a picture to show the front desk, and told them we were not staying there. That was creepy and what if we had left our stuff there. I should them the picture. They were super nice and moved our room. Other then that we had a great stay."

"My room was so loud! When anyone above me flushed their toilet of used their shower I could hear it-when the furnace kicked on it banged and clanged so loudly if woke me up. I had the worst nights sleep I’ve had in years. This hotel is expensive, they charge for parking and for WiFi. I expected so much more. Deeply dissatisfied a disappointed."

"I was a bit concerned due to recent negative reviews but I by far had a wonderful experience. They held my luggage so I can explore the city before and after check in. Alex was very informative and polite during the check in process. They even accommodated a request I had. I messaged them with questions a few days prior to my arrival and they promptly responded. Tulios next door was also very convenient as a lot of food places closed early. They had a happy hour I wasn’t able to attend but nice...
