"Not as described! Paid extra as this room supposed to have fridge , it wasn’t there. Asked about it and they said that they are replacing the fridge and the new unit is not there yet. Then they should charge less. Bath area is 2x2 feet, if you are a big guy, can’t take shower here. Noisy doors at night , anyone shuts the door , it slams in itself and wakes you up. No ironing arrangement. And the room phone doesn’t work. Only good thing is 24/7 ice and free coffee . Far from city centre, but...

"Good hotel. This is my second time staying in. Very close to the airport. Just need to take bus 300 or 397. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s a Macdonald’s nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. Price is affordable. "

" I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that...

"We stayed here on a last minute vacation. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The staff at the breakfast buffet was also very nice. Our room was a little smaller than expected but very quiet. Overall, we were pleased with this property."
