The location was excellent for access to train station, great shopping mall attached, short walk to the Oudegracht area with amazing restaurants and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Utrecht"

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
