No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!"

"Great hotel, restaurant and food great. Only issue if you get a room with hideaway bed and need to use the bed. Be prepared to be cold. We asked for additional blanket. Service desk said sorry they dont have an extra blanket."

""Cooked to order breakfast" was akin to a McMuffin. The "store" is more like a snack bar. My room faced the interstate; noisy trucks rolling by all night. Housekeeping did not attend to my room for three days out of my seven-day stay. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were clean except for the old, dirty rug by the beds. Pool area was clean. Hallways are painted black; my granddaughter said it looked like a haunted house. I would say Aloft is most suited for individuals who just...
