"We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness."

"I have used this hotel and accommodation for more than 40 years.....only for its location and proximity to the airport. The accommodation is poorly maintained....my most recent visit (room 10) there was hardly any toilet roll in the bathroom...fan controller was broken (very difficult to locate and switch it off on a cold night)....air con unit defective ...just blowing cold air...and there is never any tooth brush/paste in the bathroom."

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. "Very cheap onsite (reserved) parking. Lovely pool and spa. The sauna didn't sauna much. Also someone had stolen many of the hot rocks. Carpet in the room was dirty. Hot tub in the room was nice. Heater in the room was broken. Internet didn't quite reach to our room so the smart TV wasn't very. Pets were allowed in the 4 adjacent rooms but apparently not in ours. Seems silly to waste the courtyard. We had hoped to do a weekend with the dog but couldn't get a pet friend room with a tub. Just FYI...
