Pilihan teratas kami untuk hotel 3 bintang di Bandar Torquay

1. Abbey Sands Hotel

Pusat Bandar Raya Torquay

"Pool, hot tub, breakfast (extra charge) and Sam on front desk were excellent. Let down by heating not working for three nights we were there and single glazing so made it cold. Requested from other member of staff extra pillows (pillows were really soft), extra quilt and plug in heater due to heating in room not working but nothing was available. Expedia listed as 11am check out but it’s 10am."

"•no lift to rooms •breakfast wasn’t very nice •bad evening meal selection and you’re tied into a set 3 course meal •no entertainment •showers that scream at you •steps to use the bathroom in rooms •no working wifi for tv and signal poor in general •fire alarms going off at early hours in the morning for a long amount of time for no reason. *rubbish left in our room when arrived. •no real double bed, two singles pushed together. •towels provided are tiny. •duty manager let himself into our room...

"Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both."

"If you’re staying with a lager dog (mine is a springer spaniel) you’ll be put in one of the rooms under the Appleby’s bar. As a result the rooms are dated and in desperate need of updating, and being under the outside area of the bar it’s very noisy (Saturday night especially). I requested a room change and the manager was very accommodating and moved me to a room that was a lot nicer but still on the front below the bar because of my dog. Staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended...

"Stayed 3 nights booked direct on day. Staff are excellent especially Susie and her son. Everyone working there was so pleasant which made for a nice atmosphere and they all seem happy to be there. Carpets in corridors a bit tired. Rooms were cleaned every day. We only had bed and breakfast which was served efficiently to lots of guests in a short time slot. Many were on coach holidays and the only downside for us was the doors banging between 530 and 630 as people got their bags collected to...

"Poor parking on arrival outside space in disrepair and overgrown. Met by a man who hardly spoke English. Dirty/musty smell hit you when he opened the front door- wet carpet smell. Shown to the room through a large room with 1980’s furniture pushed against the walls. Opened the door to the corridor and the heat from the radiator hit you. On entering the room carpet dirty (years) not days - everything covered in a layer of dust. 3 cups provided no saucer. Bottom 2 had biscuit remnants inside. ...
