"The property is clearly a recent purchase of a dilapidated residence. The floors, walls and ceilings have significant water damage. The master shower handle was not attached. There was dirt, dust and mold throughout. When reported to the owner, her response was "yeah, we're going to fix that in the off-season." None of the issues were disclosed in the listing or messages prior to checking in. We prepaid a thousand dollars for the stay! We left after less than 12 hours (got in at 9PM, out by 9...

"Overall, we were happy with our stay. A few things to point out- for those with small children, the stairs are VERY slippery. As an adult I stumbled up a few times due to slickness. The stairs are open underneath so slipping/tripping is very easy to do. The balcony needs a little love- mostly attention to the ceiling to get rid of several wasp nests. The master shower will flood onto the floor if you try using the massage/sprayer thing. The regular shower head by itself does not cause any...
