"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."

"Very comfortable one night stay precruise. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast next morning had a nice selection of hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly also. Only a 10 minute walk to gate 8, easy with a carry on and personal bag. I would stay there again if ever in Southampton."

"プレミアリーグのサッカーチームがあるイギリスの避暑地という事で訪れたが全体的に施設が老朽化しており、多くの観光客が訪れるせいか街自体も汚く、海岸もそんなに綺麗ではない。あくまでもイギリス国民向けのカジュアルな保養地と言った印象で、海外からわざわざ訪れるに値しない。ただ海岸沿いにあるホテル群の中で一番外観が綺麗だったホテル(当ホテルではない)の一階レストランで食べた夕食は、今まで総計3週間ほどイギリスに滞在して食べた食事の中で一番美味しかった。"

"This hotel is in a great location overlooking the pier, near the shops and 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and large. However there were no working elevators which is a tough slog when you’re on the top floor even tho I consider myself reasonably fit. We noticed this was reported in numerous other reviews over months if not years so we weren’t surprised when we arrived but the hotel staff told us there was an engineering team looking into it.
