"Nice air-conditioned room, VERY friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. They let us in 15 minutes earlier as we were rushing for the airport. Superb location (you can literally walk to the airport) and very good price."

"It is a lovely property, and so convenient to the Field of Miracles. Our room was small, but prettily decorated and comfortable. There is currently a huge construction project going on right at the hotel’s entrance (a new piazza?) but this didn’t hamper our stay."

"Best location for visiting the leaning tower of Pisa. Room was basic but functional. Staff were nice and helpful but when we arrived nobdy was on the desk, could have done with a bell."

"We only stayed in the property one night. In between Rome and Cinque Terra. The staff was amazing, easy to talk with and helpful . I was very stressed on arrival as I had just lost my phone and the gentleman was so supportive . The room was pristine and had a little balcony. I wish we had a little more time to stay there. Also - location wise you probably want a taxi with luggage from the train station but can walk there in about 20 minutes. The tower is about 5 minutes in the opposite direction...

"The hotel was really well located and fantasticly staffed. The staff could not be more helpful if they tried.
Some of the amenities were outdated but for the price we could not complain. Would definitely be recommending it to our friends and family!"
