"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighbourhood is calm, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The bus and metro stops are conveniently located right in front, with plenty of lovely cafés nearby. The reception staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything I could have asked for. I’m so happy I found this place! It will definitely be...

"Small chic boutique hotel. Small rooms. Bathroom extremely small and shower. And ok hotel but high price"

"Did like that you had to schedule a to go to the pool and if you didn't show up you had to pay a fee for no show"

"The rooms were small but clean. Our room was very warm. It was hard to change the temperature. We opened the window but there was a strong smell of fuel from the planes. The staff were very nice."

"Fire my first trip to Paris as a solo traveler, the hotel was perfect. It was extremely close to the Metro entrance, it was clean, very modern, and the bar and lounge are was very welcoming and had a nice ambiance. As an American and English speaker, the staff was polite, accommodating and at least one staff member spoke English. My only complaint is how thin the walls are, but everything else about this hotel overshadows the lack of efficient sound barrier. Would definitely recommend."
