"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. "This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "I had a positive stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, even before the official check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could begin sightseeing right away. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to the bus terminal, which was very convenient. "After hiking Mt Fuji this spot was a great place to rest and recover. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in to our large room that was clean and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the dinner buffet in the evening and then the breakfast buffet in the morning. "スタッフの皆さんの応対はとても素晴らしかった。当たり前ではあるが、廊下での挨拶も皆さんきちんとされていてとても気持ちがよかった。ウェルカムドリンクにお抹茶とお菓子をいただけたのも良かった。お料理がとても美味しかった。おすすめ出来る。お部屋も清潔。鴨居のホコリ？蜘蛛の巣が1つ気になったぐらいしか、難点がない。お風呂も良い。階段が年配者にはキツイが展望台から河口湖と富士山を一望でき、夕焼けも見られた。"
