"This is probably a lower end hotel under Hyatt. Very convenient location, right after the South Train Station so you can just walk there without taking a taxi. Property looks new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty places nearby to eat. Very walkable as in a lot of Chinese cities, but parks nearby to take a walk in the mornings or evenings. "The property was nice, it was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and kind helpful staff members. The laundry was great with no charges, they had a small gym and a nice outdoor area. The hotel itself was very far from anything so I needed to didi to most places, there was a small supermarket about a 10 min walk away but there was nothing else nearby even restaurants so that was really inconvenient. I dont think I would return only because of the location but...

"Tip top cleanliness, the staff are all so warm and polite, they offered free hot drinks at the lobby all day long and midnight hot porridge. They even have free laundry service that deliver to your doorstep. Everything is good here, service is good and they even have all kind of aminities that if free at lobby for you.
