"The room had recently been refurbished, so bed and bathroom were both very new and inside the room was clean and fresh. I have stayed here before and, despite there now being new bathroom fittings, the water pressure is so low that it is difficult to have a shower. Although Thames Water are responsible for the mains pressure, the hotel should consider addressing this issue (pups or header tank). The corridors connecting to the main hotel building and breakfast room are tired, but I assume...

"Good customer service upon arrival, but disappointing experience at breakfast and confusion over our booking. We were greeted with friendly and helpful service when we arrived, and we had booked two nights under separate reservations. At check-in, we confirmed with staff that this had been sorted, and we would not need to change rooms or check in again. "Stayed for 1 night, staff friendly, nice room, budget price. Who can quibble."

"Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town....

"Quick check in, comfortable bed with fresh clean sheets and big fluffy towels. High quality toiletries and plenty of hot water with good water pressure. I slept soundly and will definitely stay here again. Very good value for money given such a central location in Chipping Norton. "

"Staff was helpful and acoomodating, location was handy next to a run of restaurants across the street for late dining. Parking was available across the street though the parking in the hotel space was limited. The room was clean and pleasant and the location was perfect for a visit to Warwick Castle, and all round a very pleasant stay! "
