"Chambre au rez de chaussée dans le couloir d’entrée de l’hôtel, à 1 mètre de la réception. La porte de la chambre était si mal isolée que nous entendions chaque petit bruit de la réception (jusqu’aux bruissements de papier sur le comptoir). Un scandale. Nous avons été réveillée chacune des 3 nuits par les visiteurs de l’hôtel et le personnel qui ne faisait pas d’effort pour parler doucement sachant que nous leur avions signalé que nous entendions tout."

"This is probably the worst hotel stay I have had in my 35 years on planet earth. The staff, specifically a man I do not remember the name, is one of the rudest people I have ever met.
We were 30 minutes late to check out and he wanted to charge us 30€, despite never communicating this fee (he said if you checked out at 2 pm you had a 60€ fee). "I just stayed in Milan for three nights and the hotel/apartment was great. Location is right in the heart of the shopping district. Easy walk to everything including the train. I would recommend some earplugs as they stick the stores at night with pallet jacks trucks and the not so quiet crew comes with the territory. However overall it very nice place to stay. "
