"The hallway carpets were very dirty with garbage scattered on them. The desk chair was broken. I asked for a replacement chair and was ignored. I took the broken chair to the check in desk and was given another chair. The bathroom floor was dirty. The multi plug power strip was full of dirt and dust. The bed was not comfortable. The wash cloths and towels were of poor quality.
The staff were courteous. The pool was closed. We didn't stay for breakfast. Couldn't wait to leave. I will never ever...

"While the room was adequately clean , there were areas in the hotel that were visibly dirty and worn. No ice. No diet sodas. Entrance very hard to see at night."

"For what I paid for the room I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel. The property is a little dated and you see that in some areas like cracks and crevices. But honestly the fastest check in experience in all hotels I’ve been to, quite and honestly don’t have much to complain about! "
