"I had a great experience staying at Drury Inn. This was my first time at the hotel, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and everyone I encountered was polite and welcoming, which really made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. I was especially impressed with the amenities—they exceeded my expectations and added a lot of value to the overall experience. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying at Drury Inn again in the future."

"Whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Needed connecting room which was confirmed when making the reservation. When we checked in there was no adjoining room and front desk was absolutely no help. "

"The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels"

"Garbage ownership. Booked a double bed room a week in advance only to drive 4 hours there for the girl at the counter to tell me they only have a king size bed available. I have a family of 4 and that’s not going to happen. She told me that was a normal thing and didn’t even apologize. They found me a room at another property they own and it’s only a 2 star hotel and they didn’t refund me the difference between the 2. These people are scum and they run the hotel the cheapest way possible. Will gladly pay triple the price to never come here again. Any hotel owned by SNPL, LLC should be avoided like the plague. "

"It wasn't the nicest place, but it was not horrible, nor at any point did I feel unsafe. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, I like a cooler room. There was some peeling paint, but it wasn't enough to bother me. The mini fridge worked, and the TV was operational. For the price, I think it was great. I knew there were going to be things you trade off, and this was perfect."

Drink options were limited. Overall, if it was included in the hotel cost, it wasn’t a bad breakfast. But not worth paying extra for. "
