"There was no hot water. It's so dirty there was even a mouse running acroos the room to greet me as I arrived! Reception spoke little English and couldn't help much at all. The room on the streetside was also very noisy."

"Really disappointed.. uncomfortable bed, bathroom was not clean, no hot water and the 'breakfast' was plain embarrassing. Tried to organise airport transfer and when we got there at the agreed time they wanted to delay it with one more hour without advising us. "
