"The staff were very friendly. However, the front desk does not stay open at night. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but I had to reset my room key after each use. Luckily, we didn’t lose one and we kept asking the staff to reset it so we always at least one key that would work. Our friends were in another room and never had a key issues so it was just our room 220.
Rooms were clean. Location is great, especially for the ferry and shopping. Check in and check out and easy."

"Our room was quiet and clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy walk to all the restaurants, ferry rides to Mackinac Island and fun activities. Would highly recommend."

"Housekeeping doesn’t make your bed they put towels and empty the trash that’s it. When we checked in they never told me that there are free shuttles to the port to take the boat to Mackinac Island. It was okay hotel."
