"We rented two rooms. One of the rooms at downstairs was terrible, it smell like someone peed in the room, when we complained they said the carpet was recently shampood, how come a freshly cleaned carpet smells so terrible. Besides the bathroom sink was not draining properly and no hot water flow on the sink.
When I requested to change the room the attendant said you can checkout and find other hotel.
The whole downstairs had smoking odor even though the section entrance door says...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free.
The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and everything well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only issue we encountered was that several of the electrical outlets in our room were loose and would not securely hold our cell phone chargers, which made charging...

"Location near the airport and shuttle provided excellent service and served our needs. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent from 4:30 am to 9 am. We were able to have breakfast before our 7 am flight. The staff especially Sue was very friendly and kept the dining area very clean and restocked. Coffee and hot water as well as cookies were available all day and evening. We will use this hotel again on our next visit to Buffalo."

"Not sure if vinyl commercial flooring is mopped with clean water that is in the hotel as well as in the guest rooms. Food was not the greatest for $300 room rate disappointed. Person running breakfast told people they were closing because they were running out of food. Checking the food offering bread was stale bananas were brown and apples soft."

"I loved the text message the day before my stay asking about my arrival time. When I mentioned I would be there before noon they suggested I call at 10 a.m. the next day to check if early arrival was available. I called and was able to get my room as soon as we arrived. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly."
