"rente a ultima hora, me cambie de alojamiento.
fue lo mejor Pumakari.
lugar limpio, cocina equipada y se podía usar, tenia refrigerador, cocina, losa, etc.
me llevaron de vuelta al aeropuerto, muy amables.
Siempre responden a las consultas que uno tiene y me ayudaron a buscar los tour.

"I loved this place. The staff were really nice and helpful. When Gustavo picked me up at the airport, he drove me around town so it would be easy for me to find myself while walking around and he helped me organize all of my tours. I would for sure stay here again."

"Me ha cobrado un 4% más por pagar con tarjeta, que eso no estaba puesto en la información. El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, la fruta super pasada de madura, los plátanos sin piel y más que maduros. El pan del desayuno del día anterior o hace varios días. Y para colmo te hace fregar la taza del desayuno. Pregunté por la opción gratuita del traslado del aeropuerto y ni me contestó.
A mí llegada estuve esperando un rato porque no había nadie para hacer el check- ing.
NO LO RECOMIENDO. El precio...

"Good view, lots of cockroaches, which is understandable as it's part of the place, the infrastructure of the place is very deteriorated."

"Just about everything in Rapa Nui (including much of the water) needs to be brought by boat or plane from Chile and often from farther afield. As a result, things are used and repaired until they fall apart. This shows in some areas of the hotel. If you take that into consideration, this hotel is very well run. We appreciated the suggestions and help from the staff, as well as the free transfer to and from the airport."
