"Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10"

"By mainland standards, this is an unusual property. There is no signage indicating the hotel. The hotel is up a hilly driveway and what looks like the lobby near street level is for a different hotel. The owners and staff are very nice and live on the property, which is in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel has a nice breakfast but they do not provide eggs. "The hotel staff/service will welcome you when you arrive at the airport, offer you a beautiful garland, and take you to the hotel. The property is located off the center, where you need to rent a car or ATV, which the hotel also offers for a reasonable price. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, welcoming you when you arrive. A free delicious breakfast was offered, and a ride back to the airport was also offered. "From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre."

"Great place to stay in Papa Nui. Close to everything. Wonderful host. She translated everything on her phone and was thorough. Really helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. Warm and friendly. "

"Wow, where do I start? When I booked this place, I figured I would have to arrange a taxi to get there and then find guides to see the island attractions. I was wrong. As soon as I booked, Marcelo contacted me for my arrival time and was there to meet us at the airport. He is also a registered guide and we did our tours with him, talk about convenient. "The property was convenient for our stay and was recommended by Viator for our tour pick-up. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed a last minute tour guide fill-in. Air conditioning was great, nice big shower. Very noisy roosters during the night, beds sag in the middle so did wake up a few times. "Great location. The hotel is nondescript and has no signage indicating its presence. Very good breakfast. You’ll hear lots of bird sounds there including roosters that start their cries very early in the morning. There are other residences around the hotel, so you’ll hear their sounds as well, including their late-night music and banter. "

"Can’t find a more idyllic location on Rapa Nui! The Pacific Ocean is literally across the roadway - great views from the cabin bedrooms and balcony on the top floor. Just a few hundred feet walk from the Ahu Tahai moai. In the heart of Hanga Roa with many shops and places to eat within a relatively short walk.
