"Going to Rapa Nui my expectations were low in terms of what to expect but the bed was comfortable, hotel room was spotless, and I had hot water, a portable AC unit, fan, and power. Breakfast was free, and I was happy with it. Hanga Roa is very small and it was super easy to walk everywhere from the hotel even in flip flops.

The rooms are very nice, breakfast is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly. Service at the front desk varied depending on who was working. The hotel is in a more remote location and walking to town isn’t ideal because of the busy road. Transportation into town can be a bit tricky, as taxis aren’t always easy to find."

"Tauruu hotel is the place to stay. Wolfgang the owner/manager is attentive, accommodating and informative. He is available 24/7 to help or answer your questions through whats app. Starting with easy pickup at the airport (included) through being permitted a a later checkout and ride back to airport.
