"Hotel room is small but tidy and cozy. Our room was only cleaned once but I don’t think it’s scheduled at a regular time so we might have been there when they tried. Towels were replaced every other day. Neighborhood is quaint with lots of places to eat and shop close by. "

"Room was precarious and definitely not the one advertised under which booking was made. I've asked the reception to get the specified room in question and he refused pretexting the 4th floor is not for customers. Amusingly enough, as I have been booked on many occasions on that very floor, I knew he was lying. The room I ended up was dirty, not cleaned The smell of the previous occupants was still there ( cigarettes) , a non-functional heating , windows not closing properly. Only one light...
